Selection Process & Exam Pattern
- The selection process is based on multiple stages.
- Initially, applications are screened by the Directorate General RVS.
- Shortlisted candidates are called for the SSB Interview.
- Those who qualify the interview undergo a medical examination.
- Final merit is prepared based on performance in SSB and medical fitness.

Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will be commissioned as Captain in the Indian Army. They will receive pay as per Level 10 of the Pay Matrix, along with allowances such as:
